What is TeamViewer?
TeamViewer is a piece of software that allows our support staff to access and control your computer. We can only do this if you download and install our special TeamViewer installer from the TeamViewer page on this website and you give us your access code shown in the TeamViewer client software. Closing TeamViewer at any time will stop our ability to access your computer.
